Vestlands lefsa (Viking bread), 12.5 ounces/350 grams. Also know as Hardanger lefse. Ten sheets of lefse in each package. Run under warm water then put in towel to soften. Fill with your favorite spread; cheese, butter, butter and cinnamon or preserves. This is the type of lefse our forefathers brought with them to the new land.
