Ordering Information

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept all credit cards and Pay Pal.  If you prefer to send us a check, please note that on your order.  As soon as we receive it and it is deposited, we will ship your orders.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.
If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

You can also choose to pickup your order directly from our store in Plano, Texas.


Shipping fees are postage costs. We do not charge handling fees, but transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. 
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We do our best to ship so your items  arrive in the best condition.

Perishables
When ordering food during summer and the heat of the year, we will only ship next day or 2nd day.  Chocolate will not be shipped during summer months.  Charges will be applied accordingly. 

RETURNS

We will accept returns when we are notified as soon as you receive your order.  Please call us so we can instruct you as to how we will handle it.  Each one is different so we do not like to make a blanket rule. 972-424-6867
