Made in Norway by Bjorklund comes this cheese plane/ostehovel slicer. It is the original cheese slicer. Length is about nine inches. Slicer is stainless and handle is teak. In 1925 Thor Bjorklund invented the cheese slicer and got it patented. A couple of years later, production started in Lillehammer. The cheese slicer still remains one of the most well-known symbols of Norwegian invention and design.
